CRAZY For CARDSTOCK!!!

Okay this is an older project but I just finished it.  My goal this year is to finish all those projects that I started.  ALL OF THEM.  I am about 1/2 way there.  These pages were from a class I took at my very first Scrapbook EXPO in St. Charles, Illinois from 2011.  I will be going back to another one and I will be taking another class like this one as it was soooo much fun.  I enjoyed myself so much.  This class was titled "Crazy for Cardstock" by Vicki Shepherd.  I can't wait to add pictures to these pages. 

I so luv the colors in this.  I will be doing this one again.  I luv puzzles and trying to fit pieces into a rectangle to make it look like stained glass was a lot of fun.  Its a puzzle to keep forever.  Plus add pictures to it.  LUV THIS.

Once I add all the pictures to the solid area this will stand out much better.  I luv how easy this was to put together and how awesome it will look after I put all the pictures I want on here.  I so luved the flower embellishment.  I have made many flowers since.  Really easy to make.

This one I learned to create lattice work for the decorations and cutting flowers in half or quarters and use both sides of the flowers.  Gives it that background look.  This was the longest layout and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

 

Flip Album for class in April.

 Here is a Flip Album I made for a class coming in April.  This will be fun.  Papers were really hard to pick out since I like to use a lot of different ones.  Now I just have to add papers and quotes and finish the cover.  Once the cover is finished I will repost the cover of this book.  What do you think?

VALENTINES DAY CARDS!!!!

okay first of all HAPPY VALENTINES DAY to you All.  I had fun making easel cards for my valentines this Valentines Day!!!  This first one is for my wonderful son, Jordan.  I luv smurfs and when I found this coloring page of a smurf  I decided to resize it and print and color it.  Added some sparkles too.  Found the heart online and if you look closely at the heart it is made up of  a bunch of words for valetines day.   The swirls on the side bar are from the storybook cricut cartridge (one of my favorite cartridges)  The edge that holds the card open is a border punch from fiskars.

The card on the left is a card is for my huney JOE.  it has a Stamp-endous image.  The image on the right is from squiggle stamps.  This is a very little 3 X 3 inch card.  All four cards are different sizes.  

Here is one that has drawers on it like the one in the post below.  The pieces are just sitting here as I didn't think to take a final picture of it before sending it.  SILLY ME.  So it is put together a little differently than shown here.  But this one is the very first one I made it is a 6X6 card.  Opens up the same as above but has drawers under it.  One on each side.  Another Penny Black image.  You can fill the drawers with goodies. 

Baby Shower Card

OH I am luving this card so much I think it is because of the puppy and the colors I used.  It came out so cute.  I used a spellbinder frame to go around the puppy.  I did a joy fold card style as it is one of my favorite cards to make.  I tried to color the puppy to match the animals in the animal paper.  What do you think??  This is for a baby boy to be ~~ baby shower. 

Card Class with Char ~ Valentines / LUV

Here is a fantastic class by my favorite teacher, Charlotte.  We made 6 cards today.  I even finished them all before coming home.  As always we had an awesome time in this class and its always a blast of a great time with old friends and new friends.

Easel card with Drawers

Here is a fun card that I made.  Its an easel card I had to do for a swap but I decided to put some drawers on it so I could add some more goodies.  YAY.

Here are some tags I made for a swap I am in.  I used the cricut expression to cut these from the Picturesque cartridge.  Aren't they just wonderful.  One of my favorite cartridges.

CARDS by CHAR!!!

This was a fantastic class with a lot of variety types of cards.  And the colors are beautiful.  Very Springy for such a cold day.  LUV these and I will be making more.  There is a dresser card, Spring card, a Tennis shoe, squash fold, triangle fold and a thank you card.  ENJOY!!!!
